 The
Scheduling System allows you to keep track of the progress
of each home under construction with views ranging from completion
dates by job to a Master Schedule Overview showing you the
progress of all jobs at once. The schedule items are completely
customizable, and you can setup both a pre-construction schedule
and a production schedule. The Scheduling System also allows
you to forecast jobs based on a durations, start dates and
milestones. This part of the schedule uses a Gantt-based method
of calculating critical paths handling even the most complex
jobs. The system has been designed to be easy to use and very
flexible, and is integrated into both the Cash Flow Manager
and the Purchasing System.
 When
you set up the schedule forecast for a particular job you
will assign tasks to a material supplier or subcontractor.
Your subs or suppliers can log-in to your web site with their
username and password and view their schedule calendar showing
them all jobs assigned to them, what dates they are to do
them and what they are to do on each job.
