Builders
know that customers change their mind many times during construction,
and Select Builder has made it easy for you to keep track
of those changes. You can easily enter change order items,
attach those items to color selection sheets, price, and approve.
Each change order can be printed out for customer to sign.
When you attach a change order item to color selection items,
you can enter in new values for those items. When the customer
gives final approval of the change order, the values of the
color selection items change, and an icon is placed next to
the color selection item on views and prints. This lets you,
the customer and the subcontractor know that the item has
been changed. If you need to see a history of the changes,
you can click on the icon to view the entire history of that
particular item.
