your business runs on draws then our Cash Flow Manager will
be something you soon won't be able to live without. You start
by setting up the draws for a specific job, and selecting
the schedule items that need to be completed in order to receive
each draw. Then you can view the forecasted date that you
will be able to take that draw based on the schedule. The Cash Flow Analysis report will show you all homes and
draws, sorted by forecasted draw date, with the draw that
are ready to be taken shown in green at the top. You will
always know how much cash you have available to you at any
specific time and be able to forecast how much cash you
will have in the next week or month.
